[Bug 1334631] [NEW] reviewtools should support library checking

Public bug reported:

As recently discussed with asac:

The click store review tools should support checking if the click is
self-contained or if it lacks libraries that are not part of the
declared frameworks. This probably needs a bugtask against the review
tool, but we need to export this information from click too (if we don't
do that already).

** Affects: click (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Tags: backlog-asac
