Public bug reported:
As discussed with asac recently:
When a developer uses click build to build a package for distribution
there should be a feature in the build tool that looks for what shared
libraries are used by the application. Those libraries that are not part
of the targeted framework should be copied into the build tree into the
location that ubuntu-app-launch expects (which appears to be
./lib/$arch).
** Affects: click (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
