[Bug 1334464] [NEW] Installer crashed unexpectedly

Not sure what happened. Was using mythbuntu 14.04 64-bit iso image on
usb stick. Created by "sudo dd if=mythbuntu.iso of=/dev/sdb. During
install I specified my partitions manually and then this occurred.
