[Bug 1328503] Re: build gdb-doc 7.7 for trusty to match the gdb version

This SRU, if redone, either needs to not ship the manpage, or needs to
be accompanied by an updated gdb without the manpage, and a
Breaks/Replaces that actually matches that change.

  7.7, but the gdb-doc package is out of date.  How to test: package
