  update-manager won't update evince in trusty

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I upgraded from raring to trusty via saucy some days ago.
  Yesterday, browsing softwares in synaptic I saw a bunch of packages that could be updated but aren't. From them evince and usb-creator. I removed usb-creator and re added it and it was up to date. Also I won't do the same for evince as to many critacal packages seem involved.
  update-manager always ends in "Softwares on this computer are up to date":
