[Bug 1329276] [NEW] Keys saved in /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d not included in trusted keys

Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 14.04, when I open Software & Updates (software-properties-
gtk), none of the keys stored in /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d are included in
the Authentication tab (and hence cannot be removed using the
interface).

(I found that with LP: #1182932 PPA keys are now saved in individual
keyrings in /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d, but I'm not sure if the issue is
with software-properties or the underlying apt library.)

** Affects: software-properties (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
