  [Utopic] Enable HP ProLiant m800 server

Status in “flash-kernel” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  flash-kernel needs to support HP  ProLiant m800 server, new entry will
  need to be added to flash-kernel database so that flash kernel can
  recognize the hardware, and a new bootscript will need to be added so
  that flash-kernel can do the setup needed by uboot.
