[Bug 1327829] [NEW] ubuntu upgrade from 13.10 to 14.04

I've tried multiple times to do the upgrade, but I got an error message
about unofficial packages.  I've removed many of those I believe are
unofficial, but I cannot identify any more.  I don't know what else I
have to do.
