Eek, indeed. Thanks Matthew for spotting this! I suppose we should also
fix this for 14.04, would you be able to test a proposed update? (I
can't self-verify)

Bug description:
  Every week, the fstrim-all cron job sends such email alert to the
  admin if hdparm isn't available:

    hdparm not available, cannot TRIM

  The cron job doesn't fail, thanks to LP: #1278048, but those emails
  are probably not very useful to the admin.
