The verification of the Stable Release Update for update-manager has
completed successfully and the package has now been released to
-updates. Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being
unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report. In
the event that you encounter a regression using the package from
-updates please report a new bug using ubuntu-bug and tag the bug report
regression-update so we can easily find any regressions.

Bug description:
TEST CASE:
1. install precise desktop the hwe stack with all updates (e.g. linux-image-generic-lts-saucy)
2. run hwe-support-status
3. verify that you see something with apt-get
4. install update-manager from precise-proposed
5. repeat 2
6. verify that this time the reocmmendation is update-manager
When the user has update-manager installed, he/she should see a
message in hwe-support-status to use that instead of apt-get
