[Bug 1348156] [NEW] Booting Ubuntu after Precise -> Trusty release upgrade produces two crash warnings

Public bug reported:

I know this is not the best way to do this but I'm working on unrelated
bug #1347964 and need to collect some info that I don't want to post
there. In both cases I clciked on send report but apport fails to
actually do so. I hope I'll be able to upload the human readable parts
from /var/crash:
