Title:
Continue button could not be clicked on "Preparing to install" screen

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I encountered this problem during iso testing for the 14.04.1, in the
upgrade (image) test case for Ubuntu Gnome:

  http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/318/builds/73686/testcases/1498/results

I was unable to complete step 5 in the test because the "Continue"
button was grayed out and not clickable despite all of the "for best
results" components being satisfied. Upon clicking the Back button and
returning to this screen the Continue button was no longer grayed out.
