Title:
mdadm prints message containing my root password
Status in “mdadm” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I have just performed

at the end of the upgrade process, (just after the message 'update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-3.13.0-29-generic')
I receive the message
mdadm: unknown keyword [my admin password]
plainly visible to everybody around the screen...
even if this is a setup-problem, it seems quite serios.

Description: tool to administer Linux MD arrays (software RAID)
The mdadm utility can be used to create, manage, and monitor MD
(multi-disk) arrays for software RAID or multipath I/O.
.
This package automatically configures mdadm to assemble arrays during the
system startup process. If not needed, this functionality can be disabled.
