Thank you for using Ubuntu and filing a bug. You see to have the apt-
listchanges package installed. If you remove it, then update-manager
will continue as usual. You can also keep it and just use the
PageUp/PageDown keys to scroll through the changelog output and press
'q' to quit (this may vary depending on your PAGER).
