Public bug reported:
autopkgtest depends on apt indexes on the target being up to date. This
can cause failures when the indexes change, especially when tracking a
development release with frequent updates.
At the least, I would request a small note when this error occurs that
would inform the user to update the apt indexes on the target, then try
running adt-run again.
