The idmapd.conf manpage has the following issues:
* Verbosity: as unclear as it can be (which range is allowed, what does value x,y mean?)
* Are `Nobody-User` and `Nobody-Group` the only allowed values in the `Mapping` section? Should be noted in a short statement because it increases comprehension dramatically
Experienced with version 1:1.2.8-6ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 14.04
