[Bug 1339103] [NEW] export additional environment with --shell

Public bug reported:

In "unpack test dependencies" mode, export the various $*_PATH to
--shell, so that they are available for debugging tests and re-running
them in the shell.

This requires some special care with the qemu runner, perhaps with
adding them to /etc/environment.
