  [Saucy => Trusty] do-release-upgrade aborted with "Processing was
  halted because there were too many errors" message

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Currently, Saucy => Trusty upgrade will fail with "Errors were
  encountered while processing: procps udev initramfs-tools"

  How to reproduce:

  1) install clean 13.10
  2) update 13.10 with apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade
  3) upgrade by do-release-upgrade

  Expected results:
  upgrade process succeed flawlessly

  Actual results:
  Upgrade process failed with "Errors were encountered while processing: procps udev initramfs-tools" messages, like below:
