9.10 reached end of life some time ago and the logs you attached are
incomplete so I am closing this report.  If this happens again on
12.04+, apport should automatically file a report with the needed logs
attached.

Title:
  installer Kubuntu netbook 9.10 crashed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  The installer crashed three times, first time at startup ( don't know exactly ), second time at the timezone settings. now it crashed after collecting all informations in the last step.
  And the installer was very very slow ( like windows ;-) ) 
  using an eee pc 1000H 
  I will try it again... hopefully it works :)
