  Devhelp 2.0 error, if trying to view libsigc++-2.0-doc

Status in “libsigc++-2.0” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The documentation from the libsigc++-2.0-doc package is not not shown in Devhelp. 
  If you click on the "libsigc++ Reference Manual" item in the list on the left pane, Devhelp shows an error in the top of the right pane, and below the error message any previous viewed documentation is shown. If you immediately click on "libsigc++ Reference Manual" after devhelp had started - only the error message and a empty box below the error message is shown.

  The error shown is "Error opening the requested link"

  
  devhelp was started like this to provide an english error message, instead of a message in my own non-english language:
  env LC_ALL=C.utf8 /usr/bin/devhelp
