We would need at least /var/log/syslog to proceed, please attach this
file after reproducing the problem, as well as the output from sudo
parted -l.

Bug description:
  I was trying to install Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 alongside my Ubuntu 13.10
  Saucy. The installer quit and said something about not having enough
  drive space andI have plenty( over 50 Gb ), and also something about
  messaging or not working,
