from your DKMSBuildLog.txt:

Cannot find kernel build files in /usr/src/linux-
headers-3.8.0-35-generic

Please run in a Terminal

sudo apt-cache policy linux-headers*

attach the Output and set the status to "Confirmed"

  hello,

  i've tried to fix this by this guide

  but i got error messages:
