Bug description:
  When overriding the pastebin backend to use on the command line, only
  the "regexp" from the config is being matched.

  It would be nice to also look at the "basename" field from the config
  to find a matching pastebin to use.

  This would allow to use "pastebinit -b pastebin.com" (instead of
  "pastebinit -b http://pastebin.com").
