Automatically importing existing users from another unix system isn't a
use case that I think we want to support. Since it is also a new
feature idea, it would be best addressed via a blueprint.

Title:
chown all local drives to current user

Status in One Hundred Papercuts:
  Invalid
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
In Dolphin the user can see all local dirves, both mounted and
unmounted. However, often the user cannot browse the disks because
they belong to root. I suggest that at install time, all local disks
be chowned to the user configured in the install.
