Hello Stephen,

I have checked your logs und there some files corrupt.
You are using the server http://tw.archive.ubuntu.com.

Then I have test the first 5 of your corrupt files. They seems ok.

Please check your internet connection and run the installation again.

If this error persist feel free to set the status of this bug to
"Confirmed".
