Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When I starter to install the final release candidate I noticed 2 things:
  a)My home town's time zone is wrong. Belgrade is CET (GMT +1), not CEST (GMT +2)
  b)UTC is on by default(no option to turn it off)
