[Bug 1265815] [NEW] Create bios_grub partition on GPT with bios

Public bug reported:

We get bug reports all the time of ubiquity falling over dead in a most
unhelpful way, simply because they are booting in bios mode and trying
to install grub to a GPT disk.  Ubiquity really needs to prevent this
confusion by simply requiring one be created at the partitioning stage.
