Title:
do-release-upgrade -d jumps Precise to Trusty

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Was trying to move from Precise forward to a newer (non LTS) release due to need for newer software.
But -d jumped me directly to Trusty! I'm letting it run to see if I can live with software this early in
its life cycle, but you might want to consider that most people will invoke with -d because they want
to get to the next development release increment, not a bleeding edge repo which will someday
become the next LTS. Just a suggestion, thanks for all your cool work!
