authenticate 'saucy.tar.gz' against 'saucy.tar.gz.gpg' 
extracting 'saucy.tar.gz'
njc at lt:~$

Update manager stopped with dialog "Could not determine the upgrade. An
unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade ..."

All the packages in 13.04 are up-to-date.
