me at mine:~$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

it even stops me from dist-upgrading. have to reboot.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: msttcorefonts

  I attempted to install ubuntu-restricted-extras using apt-get in a
  terminal, at some point the microsoft EULA appeared in the terminal.
  The EULA  had <OK> at the bottom but I could not select anything so I
  could not accept the terms of the EULA. After sitting with for about
  an hour with the EULA showing in the terminal I closed the terminal.
  Now if I attempt to use apt-get I get the EULA (again with no option
  to accept). If i try to use synaptic to remove the p.o.s.
  msttcorefonts package I get "package is badly broken, try
  reinstallation",  if I try to reinstall the package I get a window
  with the microsft EULA which finally gives me the option to accept but
  when I do I get a crash. I just want this MS garbage off of my
  computer.
