Bug description:
  I've looked at the four possible error reports in brackets on this page, but can't tell from the summary of my problem whether any of the four are applicable to my system. In any event two of the four have been fixed, one is triaged and the other has expired. As I'm using an LTS system, I would have thought the periodic upgrades would have solved this problem if it was one of the four listed.
