  Shortcut will be reset to default after several  times sign in

Status in “udev” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  ubuntu version 13.10 64bit

  upgraded from previous version by apt..

  I have a bunch of customized shortcuts,sometimes they can be remember
  by os,but after several times reboot,all customization will lost.This
  issue,actually,existed from earlier versions,and it seems fixed in
  13.04,but comes back in 13.10.
