Title:
Lower window feature no-longer works after update.

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
In 14.04, I believe after the update adding "Locally Integrated Menus"
(Which I love!)... the ability to lower (and raise) a window (which
defaults to middle mouse button) is removed, I believe this is an un-
  intended regression.

The option for lowering a window still remains in Unity Tweak Tool,
but it no-longer has any effect.
