On gcc-4.8 4.8.2-16ubuntu3 I'm seeing that libgcc-4.8-dev is now a

Bug description:
  I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 dev with gcc-4.8 4.8.2-16ubuntu1 and
libgcc-4.8-dev is not a dependency of gcc-4.8 anymore. This causes
that modules like the NVIDIA driver or VirtualBox are not building
anymore. Either it should be go a dependency again or if this change
was intended the related modules/dkms should depend on this package.
