You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I am writing this for my girlfriend, I can't access her computer right
now.

The issue: Using an Amd HD7850 with Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS 64-bit, trying to
install one of the Amd proprietary drivers via the "additonal drivers"
tool will result in confusion. There are three entries to be seen - and
they're all the same, they all have the exact same description with no
recommendation or information about the driver package whatsoever. The
question now is; which one is the stable/recommended driver, which one
is the updated driver and which one is the experimental driver?
