  * With sponsor's blessing, set myself as maintainer
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5
    - No changes required

  Please sync libconfig 1.4.9-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Work around a build texinfo/tex failure.

  Debian has merged Ubuntu changes.

  Changelog entries since current trusty version 1.4.9-1ubuntu2:
