Public bug reported:
If you create a zero-length line on a canvas, with, e.g.,
$c create line 100 100 100 100
it normally does not appear at all. However in Ubuntu 13.10 it shows as a 2x2 pixel dot, as long as the width is 1.
I tried it with tk8.6 and the same thing happens.
** Affects: tk8.5 (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
