Public bug reported:

I was trying to uninstall all of kubuntu and something about cryptsetup
and devices being unlocked and them being locked on shutdown and being
able to manage these devices with other programs. I chose no when it
asked me if i want to remove cryptsetup cause I wasn't sure what would
happen if i did uninstall it. Afterwards I used "sudo apt-get
autoremove" and "sudo apt-get -f install" because ubuntu was telling me
there were broken dependencies. That is about all I know for now.
