Ah, actually it is included in dependencies.txt:
python-apt 0.8.3ubuntu7.1
python-apt-common 0.8.3ubuntu7.1
You'll want a new version of the Precise (12.04) daily build which
includes version 0.8.3ubuntu7.2.

Bug description:
I was trying to install the xubuntu 12.04 LTS, 64 bit on my laptop.
The partition have 9Gb, the hardware is ok, i have another distros of
ubuntu installed in this machine. The installation process just
crashed and i received a message.
