Title:
Grub2 update causes that "--class" menu entries do not exist

Status in “grub2” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub2

  I have two ubuntu grub-pc (grub2) 10.10 machines and one 10.10 with grub1.
After standard update, only memtest entries show up in the grub start menu.
Both of grub2 machines have the same problem.
After investigating, I noticed that "--class" option into menuentry row prevents them showing up in the boot menu.
"--class gnu-linux --class gnu --class os" do not affect it, only "--class" does.
I also have tryed reinstall grub-pc and run update-grub2, they have no effect.
