Public bug reported:

I installed 14.04 onto my laptop and setup LVM.
Next I installed 15.04 into my laptop and tried to create a 'New Partition Table...' on /dev/sda.
I get the following error:
'No modifications can be made to the partition #5 of device SCSI1 (0,0,0) (sda) for the following reasons:

In use by LVM volume group ubuntu-vg'

As a workaround I was able to switch to a VT and 'fdisk /dev/sda' and
create a new partition table.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
