[Bug 1399672] [NEW] Update RAS packages in 14.04.2

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

In order to support 14.04.2 in Power bare metal (NV), the following RAS
packages should be upgraded in the 14.04 repository  (as in the same
level of 14.10).

This is the list of packages and the target version that we need, so
far:
