natty has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any
updates. Marking the natty task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub-gfxpayload-lists

  The vmware X driver can't seem to handle gfxpayload=keep, so we should
  blacklist those PCI IDs until it can.
