Title:
Ubuntu installer crashed during system installation

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
This isn't the first time this happened to me. I previously submitted
a bug report, to which you guys indicated I had an ISO with a bad MD5
checksum. I re-downloaded the ISO, checked the MD5, and
burned/verified it (as opposed to using a flash drive last time). When
I noticed the error message, the install progress bar was empty and
  the status said "Installing system".
