Title:
Could not calculate the 12.04-14.04 upgrade

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Updating from 12.04 LTS to 14.04 LTS. Worked fine on an old HP desktop
PC this morning, also running the KDE / Kubuntu 12.04 OS and Plasma
GUI, but does not like updating my Toshiba Sattelite 100 laptop. Don't
know why this should make a difference. Will restart the laptop and
  try again.
