Natty is an End of Life release and subsequently has been removed from
the Ubuntu archive and likely most mirrors. You'll need to remove any
natty entries from your /etc/apt/sources.list file to resolve the issue.

** Changed in: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
