  Image fails to start try/install screen

Status in “syslinux” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Booting daily image.

  just catch "Failed to start user service" on screen before it tries to
  reach tty7

  tty7 doesn't show try/install screen

  need to change to tty1 then back to tty7 to show screen
