The .desktop files are provided by the package and just collected in
app-install-data-ubuntu.  So comment #2 should really be a bug about
desmume not app-install-data-ubuntu.

Bug description:
  I just did a walkthrough of the English PO-file for this when translating/reveiwing for Swedish. I noticed a lot of
  inconsistency in the English language file which should be cleaned up ( it would be an easy thing to fix).

  Example 1 - inconsistenst capital usage

  Most of the sentences (98%) begins with capitals. However some don't..
