Yeah, why do we need a dependency on Postfix its UTTERLY STUPID !
What if people have other MTAs ? What if people just use log
monitoring systems such as Splunk ?
Completely and totally unnecessary dependency.

Title:
mdadm depends on postfix
Status in “mdadm” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
On installing mdadm package, it also install postfix.
I don't really get to understand why we need a MTA to create a RAID
array.
Thank you!
