do-release-upgrade is for upgrading between releases of Ubuntu, not
point releases. If you just use update-manager all available updates
for 14.04 will be installed and then you will be running 14.04.1.

** Changed in: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

  Cleaned all packages
  apt-get update / upgrade to latest

  apt-get autoremove

  and after that I reconfigured packages:

  dpkg-reconfigure -phigh -a

  lsb_release

  Release:	14.04

  (after I tryed to upgrade)
